Harrison Grove Standard Terms & Conditions of Service
These conditions are necessary to ensure the well being of our valued Guests and the orderly continuance of the Establishment.
1. Reservations and Payment and Terms
1.1. The establishment operates on a self catered basis. Housekeeping is limited please advise if you require any service. Extra cleaning fees will apply to have the cabin serviced.
2. Breakage/ Cleaning Deposits
2.1 A $100 Credit Card Pre-Authorization is required at check-in. Pre-Authorisations are held in your bank account by the bank and are released by the bank up to 7 days of processing. No cash refunds will be issued on departure.
2.2. The guest is liable for any loss or damages (excluding wear and tear) to the property of the establishment.
2.3. Please ensure your cabin is left in a clean and tidy manner. Dishes washed, any food brought into the cabin removed and all rubbish placed in the bins provided along side the cabin. Cabin that are not left in a tidy manner will incur an additional $50 cleaning fee.
5. Security & Storage
5.1. Although the establishment takes reasonable steps to ensure the safety and security of guests and their possessions guests retain final responsibility for their own safety and security. Keep the cabin locked at all times. Always leave unit locked on departure.
6. Entertainment Facilities and rules
6.1 Please be considerate when it comes to noise levels. No loud music is permitted. No noise/shouting in the entertainment area before 8am or after 9pm.
7. Plumbing/Electrics
7.1. Please be considerate when it comes to the use of the plumbing and electrics. Harrison Grove strifes to be eco-friendly we operates on solar power & tank water therefore reliant on sunshine & rainfall. Kindly switch of lights and air-conditioning when not in the cabin and ensure the outside lights for your unit are switched off when you go to bed, so as not to disturb other guest.
8. Smoking
7.1. Smoking is permitted in the entertainment area. Kindly do not smoke in the units. A $250 cleaning fee will apply.
