Credit card payment in full is required at time of booking. Tours that have to be canceled due to government imposed restrictions are non-refundable, however, a full credit will be applied towards a future tour. Regular cancellation(s) may be made up to 14 days in advance of your tour and a refund will be provided, less a $15 per person administration fee. Tours canceled within 14 days are 100% non-refundable, however, may be rescheduled for another date within the next 12 months. Tours canceled within 7 days are 100% non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. All cancellation notices must be received by e-mail.

***Please note, on rare occasions, we have to substitute tour destinations from those that are listed due to availability or other issues beyond our control. We do our best to notify you in advance of changes to your itinerary where possible.
